STEP 1: CREATE

It starts with a clear vision and a check-in. Prepare to make changes by creating space in your life by looking at what feels chaotic or stressful.

Learn how to bring balance to your eating, increase your energy, engage in supportive exercise, and how to make it work in your life. 

 

"If you were to sit here and tell me that you would like to run a marathon and I asked you when it was and you responded with, 'tomorrow,' I would tell you that you're crazy. Yet when it comes to healthy living, most people want to start as soon as they can without having done anything to prepare."

 

This happens all of the time. People want lists, and ideas, and recipes (and more recipes) but then get discouraged when nothing is happening. But then they quickly connect with the fact that it's not information that they need. It's time. It's motivation. And most importantly, it's commitment. Trust me - there's a huge distinction between being motivated and being committed. And that's why I created this program. 

 

What makes The Plan different is that it's not just about what you need to do. It's how to do it. 

Just as much as it's important to know what types of foods to eat to support your health, you also need to know why you're eating a handful of chocolate chips from your pantry despite having a fridge full of vibrant foods and nutritious meals.

  • Understand how important food is when it comes to your health. Like really understand it. Become your own expert. 

 

  • Master healthy eating including what to eat, how to plan, how to prepare, and how to make it easy.

  • Create clarity and connection to health by understanding and overcoming what has derailed your past efforts. 

 

  • Receive an abundance of information to guide your journey through workshops, Facebook lives, and weekly emails. 

 

  • Feel vibrant, energized, and empowered to say YES to all of the things that you 've been waiting to do.
