Yesterday, I was blessed with an amazing opportunity to share health and wellness information with almost 20 people at a wellness workshop created to empower people to take their health into their own hands. The day was spent gaining a deeper connection to how our lifestyle influences our health, learning more about what really happens when our bodies come under attack, and then moving to a place of empowerment and action to make changes that can help change our health trajectory.
What I am connecting with this morning is that not every day is a workshop.
And while I loved the experience yesterday, I want to connect with ALL of you more frequently so that maybe (just maybe) there may be that one takeaway that stirs you to take a step towards living a healthier life. The analogy that I use most often when providing support is to remember that ANYTHING in life that is an acquired skill takes practice. And that with practice comes allowing room for things to not always go as planned.
Writing is one of my favorite ways to connect and share thoughts (although yesterday I confirmed that I am actually one of those people that loves public speaking - despite being an introvert. Weird, right?). So with the love for writing, I will make an effort to up my blog posts by sharing information that I hope can positively influence your life.
