The idea of eating healthier foods for better health is not exactly new information. But figuring out how to do that on your own without a plan can be really hard to do. Everyone has an idea, an opinion, and a product claiming to make it easier, but how do you know what information to trust?
In this 10-day lifestyle change program, we’re going to get down to business and we’re going to keep it simple. As a certified health coach and lifestyle educator, I am going to teach you how to eat to feel your best. The focus will be on the BIG PICTURE of nutrition so that you don’t get lost in details that make healthy eating feel hard or not sustainable for the long-term.

Most Americans are eating too much garbage - food that isn't really food at all but rather highly processed Frankenfood that has had so much nutrition taken out of it that it has to be fortified for there to be any trace of a vitamin or mineral. CRAP.
The 10-Day Detox focuses on eliminating
all of the crap (and then some) and emphasizes eating
whole, real foods for just over a week.
Too many people are walking around like zombies with low-energy and fatigue. There's a huge disconnect to recognizing how powerful food is and that if you ate the right things, you have the potential to feel AH-MAZING all of the time. Whether it's sleep, blood sugar, aches and pains, or some form of indigestion you're struggling with, the detox could help you take a step in the right direction.

This 10-Day Detox is being offered exclusively online. That means that you can participate from anywhere at any time. Want to cozy up in your jammies to review the material? Great! Are you a morning person and learn best at 6AM? Gotcha covered. Have no worries about classes to make it to when it's pouring rain or freezing cold. Review the material as many times as you need. Start when you're ready and when it works for your life.
You will have access to a private web-page (right on this site) with all of the tools that you need to successfully complete the detox. The site will be available starting on Friday, November 1st through Saturday, November 30th. Here's what's included:

There are so many great bloggers, researchers, chefs, personal trainers and other wellness experts out there that are rockstars at what they do. I'll be adding to a library of links, videos, books, and blogs to provide you with even greater depth of info if you like to nerd-out like me.
All of these materials are available to you for the entirety of November. What that means is that if you want to start your detox on a Wednesday, a Sunday, or a Friday, you are picking your own start date. The content will all be released at the same time, giving you access to it as many times as you need over the course of the month.
After you register, you will receive an invoice and a welcome email with some ideas and suggestions on how to prepare for your detox. If you are new to the detox or an elimination diet, you'll receive some support material and recommendations on how to make the most of your pre-detox time.
BUILD YOUR OWN DETOX...This plan appeals to some of my seasoned detox veterans and those that are new to the 10-Day Detox. To make this program as accessible as possible, YOU get to pick how you would like to participate. When you register, you'll indicate what services you'd like to add to your experience to make the most of your detox.

Required for new clients, waivable for established clients
If you're new, it's important that you and I check in to make sure that this program is a good fit for you and that I know more about your health history. This is also your opportunity to ask any questions and to learn more about the impact of the program for you specifically. We'll discuss any contraindications or specific adaptations for your personal plan. *This may be waived if you've done the plan or is available as an option if you would like to just check-in before starting.

Required for all participants
This fee covers your access to all of the materials provided during the 10-day detox. Through a participant-only site, beginning on November 1 through November 30, you will be able to view the program videos, download all of the food plans and guides, access sample meal plans, join the exclusive FB group, AND have access to me through email to address any questions or concerns that you may have. Don't forget - I'll be adding a TON of support content to add even more context to your program.
Clear Change Kit or UltraClear RENEW
$120 for the Full Kit or $85 for the Shake Only
Supporting your detox with a shake provides you with a bit more ease for getting in some proteins along with adding in some micronutrient support. The Clear Change Kit comes with canister of the shake, a Blender Bottle, a small botle of AdvaClear, and a program guide (handy for additional recipe ideas). If you've already done the detox and just need to replenish your stock of the shake, you can purchase that by itself.
Body Composition Testing (x2)
$25 per test/$50 for two
When your body is inflamed or exposed to toxins from food or the environment, it can hold on to water (aka bloating) in what is called the extracellular space. Knowing about what the weight on the scale reflects (muscle, water, water distribution, and fat) can be insightful and informative when it comes to knowing how making dietary are impacting your weight. This test is conducted while you are fully clothed and takes about 5 minutes to complete with a 15-minute recap of your results.
All participants of the EAT CLEAN, FEEL BETTER program will be supported in the following ways:
Exclusive and unique content written just for this program based on years of tried-and-true detox programs
Clear and concise guidance on how to eat during the entirety of your program and beyond
Self-care tools that can help to promote detoxification beyond the plate
